Volunteer Policy and Procedures
Volunteer Application and Agreement
Tyndale Christian School believes that voluntary workers can make a significant contribution to the School. Giving their time and sharing their skills and expertise with others is a blessing we celebrate.
Volunteers have a wide range of interests and abilities that complement School programs, providing a wider range of interactions and experiences for students.
DEFINITION OF A VOLUNTEER
A volunteer is any person who – without compensation or expectation of compensation –performs a task at the direction of and on behalf of the School.
A volunteer must be officially accepted and registered by the School prior to performance of the task.
We are seeking a volunteer willing to assist with duties in the Canteen in 2022.
You would undertake tasks such as preparing meals, packaging lunch orders, and light cleaning. The Volunteer could also help with serving the students directly during recess time (optional).
Expressions of Interest: volunteer applicants are welcome to a Come and Try shift without being locked into a long-term commitment.
